Poland: Schoenherr advises ABC Automotive Poland on sale to ETM Group
Schoenherr advised ABC Automotive Poland, a Polish subsidiary of ABC Technologies Holdings, Inc., a global automotive equipment supplier, on the sale of its business to a subsidiary of ETM International GmbH, a group providing designing and manufacturing services to OEMs in the automotive industry.
The firm provided comprehensive legal support to ABC Automotive Poland in this strategic sale, including formulation of tailor-made and industry-specific transactional documentation, as well as the negotiation and post-closing aspects of the transaction.
ABC Automotive Poland is headquartered in Koninko and operates in the plastic automotive manufacturing parts sector.
