Serbia: Schoenherr advises MaxBet on agreement to acquire El Dorado Slot Clubs in Serbia
Moravčević Vojnović and partners in cooperation with Schoenherr advised MaxBet (Serbia) on reaching an agreement with BARGAME AD, a member of the CT GAMING group (Bulgaria), to acquire its entire ownership stake in El Dorado Slot Clubs in Serbia.
The transaction is subject to merger clearance.
MaxBet is a leading omnichannel gaming and betting company in Southeast Europe, with operations in Serbia, Montenegro, the Republic of Srpska and North Macedonia.
CT Gaming is a global gaming company with installations in more than 50 jurisdictions, offices and distributors on five continents and a dedicated team of over 900 professionals.
The Schoenherr team was led by Luka Lopičić (partner) and included Pavle Erić (attorney at law), Đorđe Trifunović (attorney at law) and Miloš Jokić (associate), advising on corporate and gaming regulations. Srđana Petronijević (partner) and Zoran Šoljaga (attorney at law) advised on merger control matters.
