Third year in a row: Schoenherr again named Austrian leading M&A Legal Adviser by Mergermarket

For the third consecutive time, Schoenherr's performance has been recognised by Mergermarket following top rankings in 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018. Corporate M&A partner Roman Perner received the award on Schoenherr's behalf at the ceremony held in London on Wednesday.

Prominent awards for leading M&A advisors

The Mergermarket European M&A Awards commend legal, financial, public relations, and accountancy advisors who have played leading roles in transactions in Europe over the past year. Firms are nominated for these awards based on Mergermarket league table analysis, and only the top firms by deal volume and value are selected. The winners are selected by a panel of judges consisting of board members from leading banks and investment firms, as well as prominent academics and lawyers.
