CEE: Schoenherr advises on landmark 400 MW PV & BESS joint venture between Enery and OMV Petrom in Bulgaria
Schoenherr advised Enery Element GmbH on the sale of 50 % of its stake in Dunav Solar Plant EOOD, a Bulgarian company developing the Gabare photovoltaic park in Byala Slatina, one of the largest integrated solar and battery storage projects in Southeast Europe, to OMV Petrom, a subsidiary of OMV. Simultaneously, Enery Element GmbH sold the remaining 50 % of its shares to Enery Power Holding GmbH. Schoenherr also advised on the establishment of the resulting 50-50 joint venture between Enery and OMV Petrom to build and operate the Gabare photovoltaic (PV) project.

The Clean Industrial Deal State Aid Framework (CISAF) is intended to offer a wide range of companies long-term investment predictability.
