Poland: Schoenherr advises Cyprium on USD 1.5bln notes offering in connection with Aptiv's spinoff of Versigent
Schoenherr, acting as Polish counsel alongside Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, advised Cyprium Corporation and Cyprium Holdings Luxembourg S.à r.l., subsidiaries of Versigent Limited, in connection with their Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of an aggregate principal amount of USD 1.5bln of 6.125% senior notes due 2031 and 6.375% senior notes due 2034, as well as the related loan agreements.
