Austria: Schoenherr advises Red Bull on joint venture with Marcel Hirscher and Dominic Tritscher (VAN DEER-Red Bull Sports) and on acquisition of Augment Ski GmbH

The goal of the joint venture, VAN DEER-Red Bull Sports Equipment GmbH, is to set new accents in skiing, together with the managing director Anton "Toni" Giger and the many years of experience of ski world cup star Marcel Hirscher.

Schoenherr advised Red Bull GmbH and (in the case of the acquisition of Augment Ski GmbH) VAN DEER-Red Bull Sports Equipment GmbH on all legal questions in connection with the establishment of the joint venture: from the drafting of the shareholders' agreement (Joint Venture Agreement) and all accompanying contractual documentation, to the negotiation and drafting of the commercial agreements as well as advice on the antitrust aspects of the transaction. Likewise, Schoenherr provided the entire buyer-side transaction support for the acquisition of Augment Ski GmbH.
