Romania: Schoenherr advises Renalfa on acquisition of Horia 2 PV power plant
Schoenherr advised Renalfa Power Clusters ("Renalfa") on the acquisition of Horia 2, a photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of 365 MWp located in Arad County, Romania. The project is part of the Horia-Arad cluster, which also includes a standalone BESS project recently acquired by Renalfa via a separate transaction, with additional capacities to be further developed into a pioneering power project.
