Schoenherr advised Saint-Gobain, a leader in light and sustainable construction, on the acquisition of Stachema's construction chemicals plants specialising in concrete admixtures from DEK a.s. Saint-Gobain acquires certain operations in the Czech Republic, as well as entities in Slovakia, Poland and Ukraine. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026, pending regulatory approval.
