Schoenherr advised Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) on the International Finance Corporation's (IFC) investment as a minority shareholder in Carpathia Pensil - Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private (Carpathia Pensii), a Romanian private pension fund management company within the VIG group.
